Amal Academy shared list of Totkay for Growth mindset .Some people have growth mindset some have fixed mindset In my opinion mostly fixed mindset people are not successful because they didn’t learn from their mistakes. I believe I have growth mindset and by hard work, dedication and passion we can achieve our desired goal.

All of the above mentioned Totkay are important. My favorite Totkay are Self-Talk ,Get Our of Comfort Zone and Create New Habits as I used them in my Daily life.


Positive Self Talk is really important for Growth mindset because motivation is the key to achieve something big. According to Pygmalion Effect if we have 2 groups Group A and Group B and their Sports Teacher give them a Task and during Task Teacher said to Group A “Come on! You can do it I know “ and to Group B he said “ You are so slow It looks You can not do this during this given time”. Due to this motivation Group A will surely did outstanding Task on time while Group B didn’t even completed task on time. So this is just because of little words of motivation If we make an habit for Positive Self Talk we can do our Desired Daily Tasks on time and this is my belief because whenever I got stressed of work burden I just Self Talk to myself and Said “I can do this on time” and believe me I did that on time .

For getting something big and for achieving your goal you have to get out of you comfort zone because its necessary .

Exact meaning of Get out of your comfort zone is to doing things you that you don’t feel comfortable For me I am not comfortable in Communication different people as I am an Introvert Luckily My mother is an Extrovert So I learned from her how to communicate new people and Now I feel not so uncomfortable talking new people.


Creating New Habits means to develop good habits and when you start creating new habits(good habits) you will surely leave your bad habit Like For Example I had a bad habit of waking up late on weekends but when I create new habit of waking up early I leave my bad habit of waking up late . Its really important to know your bad habits because if you don't know your bad habits you will not work to break that bad habit

Ask People for Help looks really difficult to me as for being Introvert go to someone to share with you your some bad habits is really a challenge for me but yeah I will surely work on this Tip so I can remove that bad quality from me.

Its so important to ask people help you can ask your close friend to tell your good and bad qualities so you can know them and change your bad qualities later.

I actually use this tip when I was explaining idea of my Final Year Project I actually don't know how it’s gonna implement, but I explained it with full confidence and every one like it . I don’t have idea that this tip is that helpful in developing growth mindset because I just use this tip to not being judged as I always noticed if we tell our idea with less confidence, without facts no one notice that and when we explained with confidence, making eye contact most of people liked that.

These Amal Totkay are really amazing I actually implemented all except Ask for Help I will implement that too from now on.
